Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic bronchitis and explore scientific nursing mode.

Methods: 180 patients who had been treated for chronic bronchitis in our hospital were enrolled and divided into a study group and a control group, each containing 90 cases. Patients in the control group were given ambroxol hydrochloride treatment mode and routine nursing measures, while those in the study group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with antibiotics and given comfort nursing mode. The therapeutic effect and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.

Results: The results showed that the study group was significantly higher than the control group in overall treatment effective rate, p<0.05. Compared with the control group, the overall nursing satisfaction was higher in the research group, p<0.05. Comparing the time of clinical symptom disappearance between the two groups, the results showed that the time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, p<0.05.

Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with antibiotics can achieve better therapeutic effect for patients with chronic bronchitis, and scientific nursing mode is the key to improve the therapeutic effect.
