Abstract

Immune-related long noncoding ribonucleic acids (irlncRNAs) seemed to play a critical role in predicting the survival of patients with lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Herein, we highlighted to excavating an irlncRNAs signature to calculate the prognostics role of these irlncRNA without specific expression level in LUAD patients. In total, the signature, constituted by the 17 paired irlncRNA regardless of accurate expression levels, highlighted a novel prognostic predictive value and immunotherapeutic response in human LUAD. Optimization of paired irlncRNAs for individualized treatments of LUAD patients might act as a vital prognostic indicator for and displayed a comprehensive immune landscape.
