Abstract

Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the effect of psychological nursing on treatment adherence, unhealthy emotional emotions, and sleep disorders in patients with endometrial cancer. 

Methods: The present experimental study was performed with 300 samples with endometrial carcinoma between August 2014 and August 2016. The samples were randomly divided into intervention and control groups with 150 items in each. In the control group, the general routine nursing model and in the intervention group, the comprehensive psychological nursing intervention was performed. Through different nursing models, indicators including Medication adherence, anxiety and depression scores, sleep process, hospitalization, complications, and overall nursing satisfaction were observed and compared for patients in both groups. 

Results: Comparisons on Medication adherence, the anxiety and depression scores in research group was better than the control group. Sleeping process in the research group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Hospital stays and complication rates in the research group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction was measured by a questionnaire manifested that overall satisfaction in the research group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). 

Conclusions: In order to favorably enhance unhealthy emotion and sleep quality in patients with endometrial carcinoma, active psychological nursing intervention is able to achieve ideal effects and general nursing satisfaction, revealing a great application value.
