Abstract

Objective: To investigate the pathogens and drug sensitivity of urinary tract infection after ureterostomy. Provide a theoretical basis for antibiotic selection in patients with urinary tract infections.

Methods: 44 patients from 62 patients were chosen, 22 patients’ urinary tract infections were analyzed for pathogenic pathogens and their drug susceptibility results. And anal-ysis the therapeutic effect.

Results: Pathogens were detected in urine culture in 22 patients, and 8 of them had the same pathogen in the blood. The pathogens are Proteus, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphy-lococcus aureus, and the like. The drug susceptibility results suggest that most of the pathogens are sensitive to tigecycline, gentamicin and the like. The efficiency of the test group was 95.5%, and that of the control group was 81.8%. After analysis, the results were statistically significant (x2=9.33, P<0.01). The symptoms of fever and kidney pain in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. After analysis, the results were statistically significant (P<0.01).

Conclusion: Each pathogen has its corresponding sensitive antibiotic. Accurate treat-ment based on urine test and drug sensitivity analysis results can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the symptoms of infection.
