Abstract

Introduction: To explore the effect of The comprehensive care model on the bad mood and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. 

Materials and methods: 126 cases of coronary heart disease patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and all patients were divided into observation group and control group by random method, with an average of 63 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing measures, and the observation group applied comprehensive nursing measures based on of this nursing. The changes of patients' bad mood, quality of life, various clinical indicators and satisfaction with nursing care before and after nursing care were compared and analyzed between the two groups. 

Results: The SAS and SDS scale scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the SF-36 scale scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the BMI, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The BMI, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<.05); the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 93.02% (40/43) and in the control group was 67.44% (29/43), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). 

Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve the bad mood of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
