Abstract

Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with uterine fibroid complicated by hypertension.

Methods: This study was conducted on 160 patients with uterine fibroid complicated by hypertension in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group, each with 80 cases. The reference group received only general routine nursing, while the study group was treated with perioperative nursing intervention. A comparative analysis was made on the effects of the type of nursing intervention on each group.

Results: Comparison of blood pressure levels before and after the intervention in both groups reveals that there was no significant difference before the intervention, but the blood pressure of the study group was controlled better after the intervention (P<0.05). Based on the comparison of the quality of life scores of the two groups, the study group was superior to the reference group, P<0.05. The statistics of the overall patient satisfaction showed that the overall patient satisfaction of the study group (95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the reference group (80.00%), P<0.05, with statistical significance.

Conclusion: Perioperative nursing intervention programs can obtain good results for patients with uterine fibroid complicated by hypertension and help them improve blood pressure levels and the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
