Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical value of ST-T changes in electrocardiogram in early diagnosis of coronary heart disease and provide an important theoretical basis for its follow-up treatment.

Methods: eighty-three patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to May 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects, and divided into control group (41 cases without ST-T changes in ECG) and study group (42 cases with ST-T changes in ECG). The diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared to further evaluate the diagnostic significance of ST-T changes in ECG.

Results: The diagnosis rate of coronary heart disease in the observation group (69.05%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (39.02%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion: dynamic monitoring of ST-T segment changes of ECG in patients with coronary heart disease could effectively improve the clinical diagnosis effect, so as to guide doctors to take corresponding treatment plans in practice according to the actual changes of patients' conditions.
