Abstract

The new biodegradable polymer nanocontrolled drug delivery system can significantly improve the drug delivery ability, redistribution time and retention time, which may overcome the negative effect of drug delivery matrix on vascular repair, and is expected to avoid the late stent thrombosis of drug-eluting stent. To observe the effect of reconstruction of medial patellofemoral ligament combined with tibial nodule displacement and arthroscopic release of lateral retinaculum in the treatment of persistent dislocation of patella. Methods reconstruction of medial patellofemoral ligament combined with tibial nodule displacement and arthroscopic release of lateral patellar retinaculum were performed in 10 knee joints of 6 patients with permanent dislocation of patella. Lysholm knee joint function evaluation table and Kujala score table were used before and after the operation, and the patella displacement was observed by CT before and after the operation. Results 6 cases were followed up for 24-36 (29±7.21) months. Lysholm score was 47.10±10.31 points before operation, 83.11±5.21 points 24 months after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Kujala score was 41.26±13.36 points before operation, 82.33±5.31 points 24 months after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The movement ability of the affected knee was significantly improved. The patellar displacement was 35.61mm±5.37mm before operation and 4.30mm±1.13mm after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The reconstruction of medial patellofemoral ligament combined with tibial nodule displacement and arthroscopic release of lateral patellar retinaculum can effectively correct the persistent lateral patellar dislocation, relieve symptoms and restore knee joint function.
