Abstract

HLA-G (human leukocyte antigen G) is the first human leukocyte antigen Ⅰ molecule that was found in exochorial trophoblast, which  belongs to the non-classic HLAⅠ molecule, and has the function of maintaining maternal and fetal immune tolerance and promoting vascular remodeling. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is an important regulator of angiogenesis, with the function of promoting angiogenesis. This study investigated the effect of HLA-G on the invasion and migration of trophoblast and the regulation of VEGF and sflt-1 expression, confirming the positive correlation between HLA-G and VEGF, i.e., the two may jointly promote vascular remodeling and maintain maternal and fetal immune tolerance. Moreover, the serum containing bushenjianpi(tonifying kidney and spleen) prescription was used to culture and intervene exochorial trophoblast, which proved that the serum containing bushenjianpi prescription could promote the migration and invasion of trophoblast, promote angiogenesis and remodeling, and facilitate the formation and development of placenta, providing experimental evidence for clinical treatment of recurrent abortion.
