Abstract

Hernias are a common chief complaint seen in the emergency department. Giant inguinoscrotal hernias are rare and have been defined as those that extend below the midpoint of the inner thigh with the patient in the standing position. We herein present a patient with giant inguinoscrotal hernia where simple reduction with omentectomy was successful.
