Abstract

Objective To investigate the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS), mental condition and inflammatory state of risperi- done on schizop:hrenia.

Methods: A total of 70 cases of patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018, were divided into the research group (38 cases)and the control group (32 cases)according to therapeutic schedule. The research group was given risperidone when the control group was treated with clozapine. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated by PANSS and calgary depression scale for schizophrenia(CDSS) and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.

Results: After treatment, the scores of PANSS, negative symptom and CDSS in the research group were significantly lower (P<0.05).The clinical efficiency in the research group was significantly higher (P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,interleukin-6( IL-6),inter- leukin-1β(IL-1β) in the research group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), while the levels of TNF-α, interleu- kin-6( IL-6), interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in two groups both significantly descended (P<0.05).

Conclusion: Risperidone on schizophrenia was effective, which could obviously improve the mental condition and inflammatory state of patients, and it was worthy to be popularized.
