Abstract

Objective: This paper mainly studied the diagnostic index of endometriotic cyst and ovarian cancer, and discussed the value of detection of serum HE4, TK1, CA125 and combined detection in the diagnosis of endometriotic cyst and ovarian cancer.

Method: Sixty-five patients with endometriotic cysts and ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital were selected, and another 65 healthy patients were selected as the control group, and the tumor indices CA125, HE4 and TK1 were detected by electrochemilumine- scence. The levels of CA125, HE4 and TK1, the diagnostic value of single index and combined detection in ovarian cancer, the diagno- stic value of single index and combined detection in endometriotic cyst were compared.

Result: The levels of CA125, HE4 and TK1 in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of CA125, HE4 and TK1 in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in endometriotic cyst group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of CA125 in endome- triotic cyst group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of HE4 and TK1 in endometriotic cyst group were not significantly different from those in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of HE4 in ovarian cancer diagnosis were higher than 85%. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection of three indexes in ovarian cancer diagnosis were higher than 90%. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CA125 combined with HE4 detection in ovarian cancer were higher than 85%.

Conclusion: Detection of levels of serum CA125 and HE4 can help diagnose endometriotic cysts. CA125 combined with HE4 detection can improve the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of endometriotic cysts. Serum TK1 has no significant clinical significance in the diagnosis of patients with endometriosis. Serum HE4 has diagnostic value for ovarian cancer, and combined detec- tion of the three indicators can improve the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ovarian cancer diagnosis. Serum HE4 is of great significance in the diagnosis of endometriotic cyst and ovarian cancer.
